No they dont and that is why before they issue you with a Maryland license or any other driving license, they ask you if you want yours eyes gouged and given to somebody breathing once the driving leads to your death. They also want to take your heart, liver and may be brains if one had good ones. They may as well take the balls and what rests between them. Problem is that we will be satisfying the TZ market and they will continue coming to Kenya for more balls. Why cant Tanzanians get their own balls?

I do hope that you have reviewed the security measures you proposed after our discussion. Here is my take. Your grand paz does not need any security. Those harvesters of balls are not dumb. They dont have time to waste digging a grave of an old man only to find him ball less after termites have eaten your grandpas balls. Even come to think of it, instead of feeding termites for free, what about getting the grave digger and the harvester getting the balls and giving your family something? Wait until the balls appreciate the value and then invite the grave digger and the harvester. It will be a win win for the family and the for harvesters. We give dead bodies for free to universities or burn them where they get charged for these works. Some of us have given the state of Maryland our eyes, kidneys and hearts for free and dont see why one should not give out the balls for pay or even give them out to treat Tanzanians. What is good for goose is good for the gander.
Focus on electronically fencing your house because the same people chopping off dead balls can chop off those of the men who are breathing. May be balls of those breathing fetch more money and so we need to focus on the living and not on the dead. Even Jesus told us to let the dead bury themselves which means we should be focused on the balls of the living people not those of the dead unless you hope to see them resurrect in which case they will need the balls and the rungu.
