Re: Kibaki's TRIBALISM in Appointments Frustrate National Unity

Im sure we will all make such appointments given an opportunity. I
just hope the next chief executive will normalize the skewed
appointments, with the help of parliament. Its clear we were duped
that such appointments will be a thing of the past.
