What are your opinions about the Provincial Administration? Should they be retained? Does the new katiba require that they be retained? More DCs have been appointed, indicating that they may be going nowhere.
What does this mean? We shall have Provincial Administration, Senators, MPs and County Governors all to be paid by wananchi. Talk of expected huge wage bill and other costs to implement the new katiba.
