All Limitations Are Perceived Horizons
By David Cameron Gikandi
Not so long ago, people thought the world was flat. They looked out into the horizon, and it appeared to them that the earth ended somewhere far out there, and at the end of the earth, one could possibly fall off the edge and die. Therefore, people did not dare to reach the horizon, for fear of falling off the end of the earth. So they stayed where they were.
Their perception that the world was flat, that it had an edge (the horizon), kept them from exploring far away from where they were born. It was a limitation that appeared real to them. However, this limitation was not real at all - it was an error in perception.
The horizon is not an edge, it is not an end.
In fact, you can never reach the horizon because it keeps moving farther away from you the closer you get to it. The horizon is an apparent end, yet it is grounded in infinity (you can never reach it).
All of your limitations are horizons. All of them bar none. No exception.
Even the Self has no limits, although it "appears" to be
encompassed by a limited body. In fact, is the Self a reality, or simply an awareness of feeling? The Buddha argued that the Self is a feeling that gets mistaken for an identity (that which is 'having' the feeling). Anyways, that is another topic altogether.
Let us get back to limitations...
Any limit that you think you have, whether it is financial,
biological, emotional, or whatever, is a horizon. For example, you may have the belief that you cannot afford something, and so you forever deny yourself that thing; you never buy it. That is believing in the horizon. You believe you have limited funds and if you spent them on that thing, you would suffer and die or whatever.
However, if you went ahead and purchased it, you would find that you can indeed afford it, and because you have now created a new gap in your money, you would quickly fill that gap with even more money (so long as you don't believe you are limited). This is the difference between those who have scarcity (poverty) consciousness or beliefs, and those who believe in abundance.
So what is the solution to limitations?
It comes in two steps:
Step 1: Replace your perspective. As long as you think the world is flat and the horizon marks the edge of the world beyond which you will fall off, all other thoughts and actions will be in error. So you must train yourself to see the world a new way, to know that the horizon is an illusion. If you skip this step and jump straight into step two, you may burn your fingers because you cannot act as if you have abundance as long as you believe in scarcity. Your beliefs always become manifest. Thought is more powerful than action in creation.
Step 2: Act in line with abundance. In the above example, we saw that one who believes in abundance knows that the "limited" amount of money in their pocket is transitional, it is a river that flows and is hence not truly limited. But the one who believes in scarcity is convinced that they have a true limit and hence they don't dare cross is. So what does it mean to act in line with abundance? It means that you will be going beyond the horizon. You will march to it and keep moving, knowing that the horizon will never be reached. Know that all resources are cyclic in nature, so that the more you spend the more you earn, and the more you earn the more you spend. Keep that river flowing. Don't erect a dam or try to hold it. Keep it flowing. Open both hands wide, the hand that receives and the hand that gives. The faster your rate of exchange (giving and receiving) the better.
Horizons are a mindset. Poverty is a mindset. Wealth is a mindset. Happiness is a mindset. Depression is a mindset. Health is a mindset. Dis-ease is a mindset. It is all a mindset, with its accompanying emotions. The secret is that the mind is limitless, so you truly have no limits except those that you have accepted as real. It is all just a horizon, and no matter how much you chase the horizon, you will never fall off the end of the earth. So chase it!

THIS Part explains the nature of Wealth, it shows how it is created and upon what it depends. It shows why success is contingent upon an ideal higher than the mere accumulation of riches, it shows that success depends upon creative ability and explains the necessary condition for attainment. It explains why premature wealth is but the forerunner of humiliation and disaster. It explains the methods by which we may take our fate out of the hands of chance, and consciously make for ourselves the conditions which we desire, it tells how we may compel success by the utilization of scientific and exact methods, and it explains that while we have the ability to create harmonious and constructive conditions we also have the ability to create inharmonious and destructive conditions, and unfortunately, through ignorance of the law, this is what many are doing.

Universe
If the Universe be Mental in its substantial nature, then it follows that Mental Transmutation must change the conditions and phenomena of the Universe. If the Universe is Mental, then Mind must be the highest power affecting its phenomena. If this be understood then all the so-called "miracles" and "wonder-workings are seen plainly for what they are. "THE ALL is MIND; The Universe is Mental."-The Kybalion. | ||

BITTER MELON and DIABETES
Bitter melon is an annual plant growing to 2 m tall. It is cultivated in Asia, Africa, South America, and India and is considered a tropical fruit. The plant has lobed leaves, yellow flowers, and edible (but bitter-tasting), orange-yellow fruit. The unripe fruit is green and is cucumber-shaped with bumps on its surface. The parts used include the fruit, leaves, seeds, and seed oil.
USAGE
The plant has been used as a traditional medicine in China, India, Africa, and the southeastern US. The plant has been used in the treatment of diabetes symptoms.
Folk wisdom has it that bitter melon helps to prevent or counteract type-II diabetes. A recent scientific study at JIPMER, India has proved that bitter melon increases insulin sensitivity. Also, in 2007, the Philippine Department of Health issued a circular stating that bitter melon, as a scientifically validated herbal medicinal plant, can lower elevated blood sugar levels. The study revealed that a 100 milligram per kilo dose per day is comparable to 2.5 milligrams of the anti-diabetes drug Glibenclamide taken twice per day. Bitter melon is sold in the Philippines as a food supplement and marketed under the trade name Charantia. Charantia capsules and tea are being exported to the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Japan, Korea, and parts of the Middle East.
Bitter melon transformed into capsule form and sold as a food supplement.
Bitter Melon contains four very promising bioactive compounds. These compounds activate a protein called AMPK, which is well known for regulating fuel metabolism and enabling glucose uptake, processes which are impaired in diabetics. "We can now understand at a molecular level why bitter melon works as a treatment for diabetes," said David James, director of the diabetes and obesity program at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Sydney. "By isolating the compounds we believe to be therapeutic, we can investigate how they work together in our cells."
Bitter melon contains a lectin that has insulin-like activity. The insulin-like bioactivity of this lectin is due to its linking together insulin receptors. This lectin lowers blood glucose concentrations by acting on peripheral tissues and, similar to insulin's effects in the brain, suppressing appetite. This lectin is likely a major contributor to the hypoglycemic effect that develops after eating bitter melon and why it may be a way of managing adult-onset diabetes. Lectin binding is non-protein specific, and this is likely why bitter melon has been credited with immunostimulatory activity - by linking receptors that modulate the immune system, thereby stimulating said receptors.

PROPOLIS
Propolis is a natural resinous product collected from the buds of conifers and other trees by honey bees. It is used by bees to seal walls and strengthen combs of hives as well as to embalm dead invaders. It is a sticky, greenish-brown mass with a slight aromatic odor.
USAGE
Propolis exhibits anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and antioxidant activity.
Immunostimulatory action
Propolis exhibited immunostimulatory and modulatory effects on macrophages in vitro, and increased the ratio of CD4/CD8T cells in mice.
Antitumor activity
Antitumor activity of propolis and its chemical constituents has been demonstrated in various animal and in vitro models against Ehrlich carcinomas; colonic, intestinal, hepatocellular, lung, and skin cancer; and leukemia.
Antimicrobial action
In vitro studies have shown broad spectrum antimicrobial activity of various propolis extracts, although activity was highest in gram-positive bacteria and yeasts. Synergism with certain antibiotics has been demonstrated.
In clinical studies, propolis has been investigated for its activity against Helicobacter pylori , chronic vaginitis, genital herpes, and periodontal and respiratory tract infections. A clear therapeutic role for propolis is difficult to validate because of variations in antimicrobial action, which are dependent on geographical origin and extraction method employed.
Free radical scavenging(Anti-oxidant)
Extracts of propolis have been investigated for their antioxidant properties, with some studies suggesting that the aqueous extract is more effective than the ethanolic, but not consistently so. Phenolic constituents isolated from propolis show more potent free-radical scavenging activity than caffeic acid and vitamins C and E. The antioxidant activity of propolis is considered to be one of the rationales for its proposed antitumor and hepatoprotective activity.

Health
When you hear someone mention circulation you probably think of the heart and major arteries—and for good reason. Circulatory disorders such as hypertension (high blood pressure) and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) are major risk factors for heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke. But there's more to it than that. With all the attention on the heart and arteries, it's easy to overlook serious health problems affecting the smallest components of the circulatory system—microscopic blood vessels called microcapillaries, where the critical exchange of oxygen and nutrients actually takes place. If blood isn't flowing through this web properly, it can trigger all sorts of health problems, many of which may not seem related to circulation at all.
A number of factors contribute to poor circulation as we age. Arteries and veins become stiff and congested as cholesterol and calcium plaques accumulate and restrict blood flow. Spasms in the smooth muscles surrounding the circulatory arteries and veins can also choke off circulation. These same processes also occur in our microcapillaries, reducing microcirculation and impairing the critical exchange of nutrients and gases in tissues and major organs.
This problem only gets worse as we get older because of changes in the composition and structure of blood cells. As you reach middle age, the blood starts to thicken and congeal as platelets and blood proteins make cells sticky. Plus, the spleen—the organ that removes old, damaged blood cells from circulation—begins to slow down with age, which means new, healthy blood cells are replaced at a sharply reduced rate. And to make matters even worse, as blood cells age, they become stiff and no longer appear round and evenly shaped. This makes it harder for them to pass smoothly through the capillaries. In fact, the angular, jagged shape of the old cells can damage the fragile microcapillaries even further.
Eventually, these age-related changes take their toll on the microcapillaries, reducing circulation to the tissues and blocking the flow of nutrients and oxygen. Removal of carbon dioxide and other metabolic waste products is also hindered. This leads to a slow buildup of metabolic garbage that can gradually bury the cells in their own waste products. In time, the cells, poisoned by their own metabolic byproducts, begin to waste away and ultimately cease to function altogether.
The combined effect of poor circulation and old blood contributes to a host of symptoms, including deep fatigue, fuzzy thinking, frequent infections, and lowered sex drive—all conditions usually considered just "normal parts of aging." If circulation doesn't improve, it can lead to more serious conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis. But giving your body a fresh supply of healthy blood may target all of these problems and more.

MICRO-CIRCULATION
HEART
Miltiorrhiza, Notoginseng etc. It has similar function of anti-platelet
aggregation as Aspirin. Moreover, it has effects on cholesterol and
triglyceride reduction, blood viscosity reduction, general microcirculation improvement, anti-oxidation, free radical clearance, cardiac muscleprotection, etc. These functions coordinate at multiple levels, aim at multiple targets, and act in multiple systems. Most effects function at key points of coronary heart disease. We strongly suggest that Kasly Danshen Plus Capsule should be used to fight coronary heart disease. And we suggest mid-age population (male>35 years old and female>40 years old) take Kasly Danshen Plus Capsule as early as possible, because their hearts should be taken care more seriously.

promise
Langburt ***
------------------------------------------------------------
"I promise to love, honor and cherish you...," the proverbial vows we've all witnessed at one wedding ceremony or another, each person taking a vow to be with the other forever, a serious and deep commitment for sure. Yet today's divorce rate still hovers around 50%.
Why? Are we just a society full of vow breakers, who don't put much integrity into our words? The statistics say one in two people will break their vows because of issues like infidelity, abuse, sex and money, however, if you look deeper, you'll see that those are just symptoms of a cause that was present way before the marriage, engagement, and even the dating. The real problem starts when we are single, and continues to wreak havoc as we create relationships. The real culprit? You. The real problem? You forgot to make some very critical promises first with the most important partner in your life, yourself.
The fact is that every relationship starts and ends with the relationship we first have with ME. So before you go making any promises to anyone else, take the following ME-Vows with yourself, and then get started living them.
ME-Vow #1: I Know ME
"I promise to do whatever it takes to know who I really am, and I live as that person, totally awake and aware, and whole within myself."
Sounds simple doesn't it? Who doesn't know who they are? Unfortunately lots of people. Most of us live our lives on autopilot, going through life working tirelessly to attain the next linear rung on the American Dream ladder (college, job, marriage, kids, work, retire), totally oblivious if what we are doing is actually what we really want in life. It's only when we start to question the status quo that we get wind of the fact that we've been driven for years by unhealthy motivations like our fear, egos and emotional wounds. Many people call it "waking up," because you literally awaken to the fact that there is much more to you and life than you ever thought. It's your job to commit to knowing who you are and what you really want out of life, to healing your emotional wounds (we all have them), and to living every day aware and awake.
Vows into Action: Self-discovery takes help from others; catalysts to wake you up to realities you can't see yet. Think of one area of your life that's not so great. Get a related self-help book, attend a workshop, or work with a coach. Explore you.
ME-Vow #2: I am Honest with ME
"I commit to unwavering, uncompromising honesty about myself and with myself, no matter what."
Of course, it seems completely idiotic to lie to your best friend (that's you), but the fact is we have all lied to ourselves. Queens and Kings of Illusion! Why would you do such a thing? It's simple. Fear. But not fear of the truth, it's actually the fear of the consequences of the truth that make us create illusions about our lives and relationships... the fear of being alone, of being rejected, of being made to look a fool, just to name a few. But here's the real truth: fear is part of life, no escaping it, but you do have a choice -- get real and address your fears and find your truths, or hide and ignore them until the day they blow up in your face. It's your job to get to know the lies you're telling today and make the promise to stop creating new ones tomorrow.
Vows into Action: Ask someone you trust, "Is there anything you think I am lying to myself about?" And then, listen. Understand they may be hesitant, so assure them you want their insight, and then when they give it, take it and thank them.
ME Vow #3: I Love ME
"I promise to fall more and more in love with myself every day for the rest of my life, and demand that same love from everyone else in my life."
More than like, more than self esteem and self confidence, loving yourself is an unwavering commitment to knowing yourself, accepting yourself, living your fullest expression, and attracting into your life only people and situations that support all of the above. By taking this vow you are saying no to apologizing, sacrificing, playing small, beating yourself up or letting yourself participate in any relationship, thought, belief, or activity that doesn't fully 100% honor the beauty, power and sacredness of your soul. Some people, including the dictionary, say loving yourself is selfish and narcissistic. Baloney! If you don't love ME how can you expect anyone else to give you the unconditional love you deserve?
Vows Into Action: Start or deepen a life-long love affair with yourself. Become your best friend, love all of you, and make your happiness a priority. Get zany, yet practical ideas by downloading the free Madly in Love with ME Kit.
ME Vow #4: I Trust ME
"I promise to listen to my intuition, to believe that it's real, and to learn to trust its guidance more and more everyday."
Inside of you is a very wise soul who always knows what's best. It always tells the truth, even when you don't like it and it's name is "intuition." It's that sixth sense, a gut feeling, a vision, even a voice inside your head. When you listen, good stuff happens, and when you don't, pain and suffering ensure. So why would you turn a deaf ear? Sometimes we don't like what our intuition has to say. Other times we discount it as irrational. And other times, we can't hear it because our voices of fear -- also know as gremlins -- are way stronger, so we get confused. Your job is to build an intimate relationship with your intuition by making your intuition muscles stronger than your gremlin muscles. That means listening and acting on what your intuition has to say, starting today.
Vows Into Action: Start exercising your intuition. Start small by noticing signs, when you feel, see, hear or sense something that may not seem rational but feels right. Act on the information it gives you and see what happens.
ME Vow #5: I Honor ME
I promise that I will never, ever, ever, settle for less than my heart and soul desire.
Taking and keeping this vow will change your life. If you believe that you never have to settle, you never will. Society has conditioned you to believe the opposite so it's your job to find out what your heart and soul really want, and then promise yourself that you won't settle for less. People may tell you that it's impossible, or that it's selfish, but that is because those people are settling in their lives. There is nothing selfish about your heart and soul's desires. Live them. Honor and respect yourself so deeply that everything in your life reflects that same deep honor and respect.
Vows Into Action: Every preceding vow supports this last vow, so do yourself a favor and literally take all 5 vows together. Rewrite them in your own words. Say them aloud. Dance them to music, whatever feels like you are actually making the commitment. Get zany and conduct your very own ME ceremony. Heck, if you think about it, is a ME ceremony really any crazier than getting dressed up to look like a cake topper to make vows to someone else?

ENERGIES IN MAN
2. Promise Yourself…
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of
mind. To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every
person you meet. To make all your friends feel that there is
something in them. To look at the sunny side of everything
and make your optimism come true. To think only of the best,
to work only for the best, and to expect only the best. To
be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you
are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the
greater achievements of the future. To wear a cheerful
countenance at all timed and give every living creature you
meet a smile. To give so much time to the improvement of
yourself that you have no time to criticize others. To be
too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for
fear; and too happy to permit the presence of trouble. To
think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the
world, not in loud words but in great deeds. To live in the
faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you
are true to the best that is in you.
3.Man is ever in search of strength. It is the strong man
that wins. It is the man with power that scales the heights.
To be strong is to be great; and it is the privilege of
greatness to satisfy every desire, every aspiration, every
need. But strength is not for the few alone; it is for all,
and the way to strength is simple. Proceed this very moment
to the mountain tops of the strength you now possess, and
whatever may happen do not come down.
Do not weaken under adversity. Resolve to remain as strong,
as determined and as highly enthused during the darkest
night of adversity as you are during the sunniest day of
prosperity. Do not feel disappointed when things seem
disappointing. Keep the eye single upon the same brilliant
future regardless of circumstances, conditions or events. Do
not lose heart when things go wrong. Continue undisturbed in
your original resolve to make all things go right.
To be overcome by adversity and threatening failure is to
lose strength; to always remain in the same lofty,
determined mood is to constantly grow in strength. The man
who never weakens when things are against him will grow
stronger and stronger until all things will delight to be
for him. He will finally have all the strength he may desire
or need. Be always strong and you will always be stronger.
4.Life is growth and the object of right thinking is to
promote that growth. Give less time trying to change the
tns of others, and more time trying to improve your own
life. Life becomes the way it is lived; and man may live the
way he wants to live when he learns to think what he wants
to think. Create your own thought and you become what you
want to become because your thought creates you. We all know
that man is as he thinks. Then we must think only such
thoughts as tend to make us what we wish to be. The secret
of right thinking is found in always keeping the mind's eye
stayed upon the greater and the better in all things.
5.When you think of yourself do not think of that part of
yourself that appears on the surface. That part is the
smaller part and the lesser should not be pictured in mind.
Think of your larger self, the immense subconscious self
that is limitless both in power and in possibility. Be in yourself but not simply in a part of yourself. Give
constant recognition to all that is in you, and, in that all
have full faith and confidence. Give the bigger being on the
inside full right of way. Believe thoroughly in your greater
interior self. Know that you have something within you that
is greater than any obstacle, circumstance or difficulty
that you can possibly meet. Then in the full faith in this
greater something, proceed with your work.
6.When you have made up your mind what you want to do, s best way will soon open. You will have the opportunity you
desire. If you would be greater in the future than you are
now, be all that you can be now. He who is his best develops
the power to be better. He who lives his ideals is creating
a life that actually is ideal. There is nothing in your life
that you cannot modify, change or improve when you learn to
regulate your thought. Our destiny is not mapped out for us
by some exterior power; we map it out for ourselves. What we
think and do in the present determines what shall happen to
us in the future.
7.Dream constantly of the ideal; work ceaselessly to perfect the real. Believe in yourself; believe in everybody; believe in all that has existence. Give the body added
strength; give the mind added brilliancy; give the soul added inspiration. Do your best under every circumstance,
and believe that every circumstance will give its best to
> you. Live for the realization of more life and for the more

> 9.When failure comes be more determined than ever to

> To speak kindly and gently to everybody is the mark of a

> From the tone of your voice remove the whine. Speak with

> Speak tenderly, speak sweetly, speak with love. From all

16.Be good and kind to everybody and the world will be kind
to you. There may be occasional exceptions to this rule, but
when they come pass them by and they will not come again.
Ideals need the best of care. Weeds can grow without
attention, but not so with the roses. Not all minds are pure
that think they are. Many of them are simply dwarfed. It
does not pay to lose faith in anybody.
It is better to have faith in everybody and be deceived
occasionally than to mistrust everybody and be deceived
almost constantly. When you meet a person who does not look
well, call their attention to the sunny side of things, and
aim to say something that will give them new interest and
new life. You will thereby nip in the bud many a threatening
evil, and carry healing with you wherever you go.
17.When the creative energies are daily transmuted, and
turned into muscle, brain and mind, a virtuous life can be
lived without inconvenience. Besides, the body will be
healthier, the personality stronger and the mind more
brilliant. Hold yourself constantly in a positive, masterful
attitude, and fill that attitude with kindness. The result
will be that remarkable something that people call personal
magnetism.
Creative energy when retained in the system will give vigor
to the body, sparkle to the eye, and genius to the brain.
There is enough power in any man to enable him to realize
all his desires and reach the highest good he has in view.
It is only necessary that all of this power be constructively applied.
Never think or speak of that which you do not wish to
happen.
The whine, the sting, and the sigh -- these three must
never appear in a single thought or a single word.
You can win ten times as many friends by talking happiness
as you can by talking trouble. And the more real friends you
have the less trouble you will have.
Speak well of everything good you find and mean it. When you find what you do not like keep quiet. The less you think
or speak of what you do not like the more you have of what
you do like.
Magnify the good; emphasize that which has worth; and talk
only of those things that should live and grow.
When you have something good to say, say it. When you have
something ill to say, say something else.

By harmonizing ourselves with universal principles of Divine Creation we have the access code to "The Keys of Mastery" .
....contained deep within us are keys of pure wisdom, absolute intelligence, and divine love.
When discovered, these keys open up gateways to our highest potential allowing us to actualize our deepest purpose for being!
A key is a way, a path, a message, an opening to Infinite Intelligence.
It is my honor and treasured wish that you discover and uncover what you have come here to be!
Excerpt From-This Mystical Life Of Ours
"Nothing in the universe operates in a random way - there is a divine order running throughout everything.
But in order to experience this, we need to come into harmony with it. And thereby into harmony with all the Universal Laws and Forces that exist. When we do this we can work in conjunction with these forces and makes our lives whatever we want.
This is the secret of all success and it is here for you to discover for yourself..."
Excerpt From The Book-Joy Philosophy
Intelligence is not confined in bodies or brains - it fills the universe. All this space between us is pure intelligence in which we live and move, and through which we think.
But we are conscious only of that small portion of our intelligence represented by our bodies. This great sea of intelligence is infinitely the larger part of us, but it acts subconsciously, or super-consciously.
Excerpt from the book "Mental Chemistry" By Charles F.Haanel-
"It will be found that Nature is constantly seeking to express Harmony in all things, is forever trying to bring about an harmonious adjustment, for every discord, every wound, every difficulty; therefore when thought is harmonious, Nature begins to create the material conditions, the possession of which are necessary in order to make up an harmonious environment."
"Every thought tends to become a material thing. Our desires are seed thoughts that have a tendency to sprout and grow and blossom and bear fruit. We are sowing these seeds every day. What shall the harvest be? Each of us today is the result of his past thinking. Later we shall be the result of what we are now thinking. We create our own character, personality and environment by the thought which we originate, or entertain. Thought seeks its own. The law of mental attraction is an exact parallel to the law of atomic affinity. Mental currents are as real as electric, magnetic or heat currents. We attract the currents with which we are in harmony."
"Before any environment, harmonious or otherwise, can be created, action of some kind is necessary, and before any action is possible, there must be thought of some kind, either conscious or unconscious, and as thought is a product of mind, it becomes evident that Mind is the creative center from which all activities proceed.
When we understand that mind is the great creative power, what does not become possible? With Desire as the great creative energy, can we not see why Desire should be cultivated, controlled and directed in our lives and destinies?"
"Cause and effect is as absolute and undeviating in the hidden realm of thought as in the world of visible and material things. Mind is the master weaver, both of the inner garment of character and the outer garment of circumstance"- James Allen
