Oto man,

 

How come the naysayers who are very vague and amorphous on the dangers of the draft KATIBA are not taking the chance to show us the "poison" here even as we are devouring the fruits?

 

Kwani si this is the draft KATIBA we are now "chambuaring" Chapter by Chapter? Why don't they come on board and show us the poison so that we can remove it after 4th August when we finish the harvesting the mature GREEN fruits? These people are mean, the are even keeping poison to themselves!!!!!!!!!

 

Me thinks they are just full of porojo because when the KATIBA is posted anywhere, they chicken out, they love rallies where no one challenges them and also general discussions without the draft KATIBA.

 

We are tomorrow on Chapter 6 and 7 and I am yet to see these "poisons" being identified by the perpetual naysayers.

Land & Environment Chapter 5 Land has been an emotive issue in the last 46 years. It has been the central item in dis empowering the people  and our political players have used the same to disinherit and disenfranchise the people, to the extent that we have created squatters in Independent Kenya. At long last, there has been a bold move to settle this once and for all and we have children of privilege lying to us about the provisions of Land and Environment as proposed in the Proposed Constitution. Leadership and Integrity Chapter 6 This Chapter introduces responsibilities and legislation on Leadership. This will bring to bear on responsibility on the kind of poor leadership that we have been saddled with since Independence. I want to stand in the front line on 4th August and be amongst the first Kenyans who will vote YES for this Proposed Constitution, for at last, my aspirations has been captured and captured well. Lastly, the flip flop from the politicians, the likes of Jamleck Kamau, reinforces my belief in this Constitution. We are not doing it for the politicians. We are passing it despite the politicians. These are men and women who have no known conviction. They vote for their side of bread that is best battered. We on the other hand will be voting for this document to enable us take back Kenya from this kind of rudderless politicians. My YES vote will be to save Kenya from these scheming politicians.
