If you didnt know, he was to join the last leg of the Yes campaign had he chosen to respect the advice of his doc. But has you clearly stated, he chose the contrary and decided to meet delegations at his home. He now has been relocated to a secluded place to weed of any destractors and fasten his recovery. Had Raila not fallen sick, the No side would have had an easy win. When he was taken ill, the then fractured YES camp realised that the man who was to take all the credit for himself should the YES win was out of way and they realized that this was time to support their man deliver a lecacy for Kenya has he retires. The mt Kenya all woke up in support for draft and run away with it. So his absence has everything to do with himself and not by design.
