| This is an open message to Dr.Kibunja because he should NOT just be talking but ACTING on Tribalism in Government. President Kibaki has openly practised Tribalism since 2003 and now it seems its getting out of hand just as we welcome the NEW REPUBLIC. Dr.Kibunja please do take some action on this. I will just give some examples: 1. In the last three months, President Kibaki has done the following in terms of appointments a) Mr.Stephen Gichuki was appointed to replace Mr.George Muhoho as Managing Director of Kenya Airports Authority b) Mr.Francis Ndua was appointed to replace Mr.James Mulewa as Managing Director of Kenya Ports Authority c) Mr. Muhoro Ndegwa has been appointed to replace Mr.Simon Gatiba Karanja as Director of CID All the above are people from the same Province being appointed to high level positions. Add the above to the following high level and most important positions in Government. Ministry of Finance Minister-Uhuru Kenyatta PS-Joseph Kinyua Governor-Central Bank-Njuguna Ndungu Kenya Revenue Authority James Waweru KENYA FORCES Director NSIS-Michael Gichangi Commissioner Police-Mathew Iteere Commandant AP-Kinuthia Mbugua Kenya Army-Augustine Njoroge Director of CID-Muhoro Ndegwa Chief Justice-Evan Gicheru Head of Public Service-Francis Muthaura AND MANY MANY MORE not mentioned here. Dr.Kibunja Is this the face of Kenya? Should Kenyans view this as EXCLUSION from the Government? What is your organization doing about this? Can you avail a report that details government appointees and employment statistics in Government?
