As Kenya's Commissioner of Police, we hold you accountable for the illegal arrest, injury and detention of Francis Kihara and Peter Muli. Their peaceful protest in Nairobi yesterday against the presence of Omar Bashir as a state guest in Kenya was not a crime. They must be released immediately.
