Stop the Referendum; Question of integrity

Friends, You are all aware that a 6 people went to court recently to stop the referendum. Now, questions of integrity are arising on a daily basis at an alarming rate. The latest is about one Br. Barack Abonyo. In his sworn affidavit, he claims to be the Interim President of Tallahassee African Coalition. The truth is, he is not. Secondly, he claims to be the President of KCDF. The truth is, KCDF was dissolved on 25th September 2009. Again, we have all heard that the other petitioner Mr. Ouma Odera did not understand the real reasons as to why he went to court. He was lied to to enable him swear an affidavit. The moment he realized, he opted to bolt out. Then we have Fred Odhiambo and his wife. They have told some of us that they signed the affidavit because they were promised Kshs 500,000.00 in return. I doubt if these are the reasons why we should move any court. This leaves Prince Okiya alone in this. He seems to be the only petitioner who knows the reasons as to why they went to court. Lastly, I am tempted to ask; Why was Okiya only crafting Luos into his scheme of things? We have all the evidence and the necessary links. Odhiambo T Oketch Voting YES on 4th August 2010
