RE: [NVK-Mageuzi] WHY DIDN'T RAILA ORDER THE ARREST OF BASHIR

Total rubbish and plain ignorance if not rabble rousing! You ought to know that many of the provisions of the new constitution eg offices, counties, etc are to take place after the next elections and after several laws are first put into place.

The main issue regarding Bashir is not whether he ought to have been arrested but more of why he was invited in the first place.

The way some people reason shows just how poor we are and why we have hundreds of years to go before we learn to solve our problems!

Well put LEE somebody was sworn in as a minister yet he purports to serve as
a PM? as per the new constitution there is no post of a PM and you cant
purpot to serve in a non existent post and an office whose oath youve not
taken thats why somebody is going to court today to challege the continued
stay of somebody in an unconstitutional office at taxpayers expense
WATCH THIS SPACE.
