I saw this "drama" unfold and you know what, its NOT UNUSUAL..and people need to realise that Albino's do exist amongst us Africans as well as Asians thus she was an Albino baby, nothing too dramatic thereafter...just an extra info I got on BBC News this morning as follows:

"Both parents could be carrying a copy of the albino gene without it having surfaced in any known family member for many years.

This is perhaps one of the most common recessive disorders in Nigeria, and we have to remember that it comes in different forms," says Professor Ian Jackson of Human Genetics Unit at the Medical Research Council.


"In Type 2 we would see creamy skin and yellow hair or light brown, which in some cases would darken with age."

The principal health risks of albinism are problems with vision - ranging from the mild to the severe - and sun damage to the skin due to the lack of melanin, which protects against ultraviolet rays.


This is the key problem for those with the disorder in the scorching heat of Africa, potentially less so for a baby born in London - but care will still need to be taken with sunblock and hats."

Blonde hair is a recessive gene so I am thinking surrogacy the the husband probably didn't know about. Let's wait for developments on this file.

This is an impossibility according to me. This guy needs to wake up and  have  a DNA  done to ascertain the genetic and parentage of the child. At the end, it will be discovered that some white man is behind the fatherhood of this innocent white kid.
Unless its a supernatural wonder from above, no human being can describe this. I'm seeing a situation that will leave many of us with many questions than answers like the Bishop Deya miracles babies' saga that to me went beyond the natural ways of child bearing.

I hope they do a DNA and tell us more!. Just the way they have made us curious by reporting it in the media. Though it is their constitutional right not to. If it is true that the gentleman is the biological father as he says ( of which we are or I am  already doubting as in reference to the little biology I can remember), it may explain the case of another lady I knew in Kenya, who in the seventies (by then I was a kid in primary school) gave birth to an Indian baby. She insisted that she had never had any Indian boyfriend but her African boyfriend (though people were not convinced by her explanation and concluded that the father of the new born was Indian and she was unwilling to disclose), 
As for the lady's father,  who was elderly then, it was something unheard of. He kept telling whoever will care to listen that ''eh...nowadays, things have changed, people are just giving birth to Indian babies without involment of Indian husbands!''.
