Re: Australian drunk survives attempt to ride crocodile

Carl,

The record of those "Clear" (Pure) Stuff that can knock off even the strongest believers in Cham, is held by one region called Kanyamuot. This is the Heartland of Orengo Jimmy. In that Place it comes truly Pure. Distilled with "Pii angwen", Maximum "Abich". (Four waters or maximum of five waters)

You see my Grandfather was a proud polygamous man. He had six Wives. My Grandmother was the first followed by another five. The Last one was from Kanyamuot. This lady was so skilled in distillery matters. She was like a Pure Scientist when it came to distillery. If she were alive today, she can put any distillery and distilled substances to shame starting from "Johny Jawuoth" Walker, Vodka, Teacher, Bacardi, and any other cheap imitations of distilled stuff available in the market today. Whenever she had products, it sold out very fast. So Penina, her real name build a reputation in the Village. Her Products were never left in the glass unattended for long. It would evaporate. That tells you how volatile the product was.

Now one time, she had a celebration at her fathers place and an entourage was sent from my grandfathers home. What followed that invitation is something I will never forget. The men and women, 16 of them, went on a one day journey, but ended up staying for three days. I was made to understand that Jo Kanyamuot brought the pure stuff which you could not even see in the glass. Only when you shook the glass did you see bubbles forming on the wall of the Glass to announce the products inside. So the Visitors hurried to take this before Ngoko and Ugali was offered. Many got black outs and only came two after the second day.

Kanyamuot is the Place. Masira might shade more light on the Distilleries there.

Subject: Re: Australian drunk survives attempt to ride crocodile

hey you guys,

This man must have been under the influence of kumi kumi, thus the crocodile tasted poison in his flesh and spat out the "stupid guy" (sorry). However, there is some chang'aa prepared in a village called Kanyamkago and Alego Usonga that can light a house. This "cham" is pure distilled fluid that the drinkers can only taste by dipping their finger into a glass and set it(finger) alight. If burns(explodes) like petrol, then the drank knows that it is not diluted.

The ones who live on this drink have their lower lips peeled off and is thus "red". They wobble as they walk, even before they drink.
Some sell it in a bottle called "ti diit." and the "ti diit" is enough turn a city mans knees into jelly.

The other explanation is that the man is the local "jajuok" or "mulochi" of their village. In Bungoma, the local "mulochi" would carry a snake called "indepwa" in his bag make an attempt to outdo one jamaican called Usain Bolt at night. Meanwhile, the village "jajuok" would kick every door in a the next home, throw some soil through the dirisha and scare off the entire home.

However, the local "mulochi" or "jajuok" from Alego some times can get sophisticated. Thus, instead of trying to outdo Usain biolt, he would convince the local Leopard from the village bush that he (leopard) is a good replacement of a horse in the night. They would therefore form a coalition government of man and beast plying the same trade of "Jajuoks" (a luo can help with the name|). The jajuok would go past your home riding a leopard faster than a formula one car.
Some time the local mulochi rides a hippo too.

Thus, to the villager, one a drunk trying to ride a mamba without success Europe, is just a Jajuok who has failed in his profession. He should come to kenya, visit Kogelo and or Usonga and get trained on the art of riding animals at night.
