Kibaki tells Moi off, that he had 24 years to effect change and never even tried, instead, he was busy fighting reformers. Somebody should have told Moi this much earlier, especially the President and the PM. Moi should count himself lucky that he is not protesting from prison, he should ask Chiluba what happens when you start fighting reforms which the President after you is effecting, if Kibaki was Levi Mwanawasa, Moi would have returned all stolen property by now.
