Maurice, you perfectly hit the nail on the head. I hope those who doubt the new law will remember these wonderful provisions that the new law will usher into our governance systems. Truly, the guys on the frontline for no like Moi & his protege- Ruto, Jirongo etc will they craft a law for Kenyans with these provisions or they just want the nation to swim in the past?

Can some one tell me where its is written in the draft constitution that
'your small house and the small compound will be taxed"!! Surely, is it that
