YOu forgot that policemen will never arrest you abitrarily without telling you why, this has been abused like nothing, where people spend even weeks in police cells without knowing why they have been arrested.

 

Suvh abuses to human rights will cease, even the kind of inhuman, embarrasing and beastly treatment people like Njoya, Koigi and his mother, Wangari Maathai, all the SABASABA activists, S.K Macharia of Royal Media etc will never happen again, i'e being manhandled, harrassed and beaten at the behest of a politician the way it used to happen during Moi's time.

 

I am excited too.May we never see these things again in our lifetime, only those who want to still wield such tools of oppression are against this KATIBA!!!!!

I don't know if anyone out there is as excited about this proposed constitution (PC) as I am. Just imagine:

No Kenyan will ever again be detained without trial;

No Kenyan will ever have to go into exile for fear of his/her life because of political opinions;

No Pesident will ever again grab or dish out government land;

No more roadside directives;

Ministries will be headed by professionals- I can just see Prof. Wangari Maathai as Environment Minister;

Appointments such as PS, Ambssadorial, Heads of parastatals etc. will now be vetted y Parliament;

Counties will get official funding to deal with their individual priorities, not the President decidung where money is spent - we'll no longer see stuations where cattle paths are tarmacked while people are starving or lac medical services;

The list is endless.

I am just so excited and I invite all Kenyans to join me in embracing and endorsing  this document. The answer at the ballot box is YES.
