I say the Uganda government should consult the Israelis on how to deal with these thugs. They can be neutralized. If nothing is done, they may start doing this all over East Africa. The first step is that all night clubs should install cameras to see who's going in and out. Also customers should show picture IDs and sign in before being allowed in.
