Web designer , Web hosting


Dear Young Professionals,

Is there any one who may be interested in designing a website and hosting a web site for a local NGO?

I would appreciate if I can get the response by tomorrow COB.

Well you may be right in a away but you will agree with me that we are a little bit behind and we have to rely on these guys and i believe God will help us. You will agree with me that most of the vaccines we are using in Africa are manufactured in western countries. Lets put our hands together and pray for the vaccine to be found. This the only way the world will get lead of HIV in the world.

These are gimmicks, don't be fooled shemeji wangu. The truth is nobody is really trying to discover a vaccine for HIV. This is because the epidemic is ravaging mtu nyeusi and ma Kampuni za madawa are making roaring business swindling their way throughout Bara la muafrica.

If you need cure, then look for Koech or Obel. Obel has a concoction which he will supply at a micro fraction the price of this chalk. One Jerrican will be enough to turn a victim from positive to negative. Many people reading this will think I have gone bonkers, but how comes every continent has an agenda for Africa, but Africa do not have an agenda for itself. Europe has an Agenda and a framework for Africa, same as America, China, India, Middle East and even Australia. How come Africans don't have an agenda for themselves? When will our Leaders come up with an agenda to eradicate Aids? Read Harry Mumia's observation on some of these so called Western Cultures and how they are affecting our mentality.
 
Just have faith in our brains and people. This is why we need a Visionary Leader to move our country to the next stage.

HIV vaccine:

I hope this is a fact. There were so many viral killer diseases which really killed alot of people some times back but when the vaccines against these killer diseases were discovered, some were completely eliminated like small pox. Other viral killer diseases which used to clear children in minutes are measles and others like polio which used to leave so many children crippled. Currently we are fighting with viral sexually transmitted  diseases like hepatitis B and HIV which can also be transmitted from the mother to the baby during delivery if the obstetricians, midwives and nurses are not careful. Its easier to be infected by hepatitis B than HIV because of the nature of its virus but people are less  scared of hepatitis B than HIV simply because there is vaccine. If the pregnant mother is found to be hep B positive during pregnancy, the doctors and midwives ensure the baby receives hep B  vaccine and immunoglobulins(antibodies)within the first few hours after delivery . Let me make it more clear for non medics. Vaccines stimulates  the body form the antibodies(askaris )  which help the body fight germs. the vaccines are disease specific and each vaccine will help the body form antibodies against that particular disease eg measles vaccine will help the body form antibodies against measles infection. The vaccines don't work straight away, most vaccines take one month to stimulate  the body develop antibodies against that disease. This is why mothers are advised to take back their  babies for next vaccine in one month. If the vaccine is repeated before the given time, it becomes a waste. If the mother is late to take the baby for vaccine, its better for her to take the baby later than earlier.
   What is immunoglobulins. These are ready made antibodies against certain diseases and when given they act within a short time to kill that particular microorganisms(germs). This is why a baby born of hep B positive mother is given both vaccine and immunoglobulins at the same time.
    According to kenyan daily nation of 12th july, there is an article talking about a possibility of development of HIV vaccine which may turn out to be reasonably effective. Read the attached article if you have time
