By the fact that your friend has recognised that he wants divorce, it clearly indicates that he knows he is married. So there is no question of come we stay. Go ask him and he will admit at one point he told the woman that he is married to her and must ave introduced her to his family. Otherwise do you nerd divorce from a concubine or mistress?. Another thing most guys ave assumed is that the woman is disparate and broke. He will be shocked. Let him try separation before divorce
