Honestly this is the impunity and dictatorship PM has talked of for long. Even with the new dawn he still can do this and knowingly that he has no powers and not only that but also districts are bygones with the new Law/ which school of thought is Prezzo in?

i rem very well i mentioned he was anti-reformer and were he to contest in 2012, he wouldnt have championed new law. After all the new KATIBA is far less better than Bomas one.

Now do we really believe there was consultations with the Coalition partner or this happened when the PM had gone to Italy for holiday..

i rest my case.
