I am not being synical. But I did earlier mention that I can recall some schools were called Harambee Secondary Schools, and I think any sober mind can still remember why they were called those names and who were the students. We have the same here, I am tended to be sacastic because of insincere contributions that are peddled here. I dont know why some people would think that this constitutional making debate is like either going to Gikomba and scrambling for opened bails or we are seriously discussing a very important document. Whether one is in NO or Yes camp, the document is for all us both parties of the divide as Kenyans not as professional goons.
Suddenly still, some body claimed here about studying Law and I wonder where that came from. The constitution making for a transition is not meant for those who studied law and there is no close in that document where it is stated that "Ihis document is better understood by those who studied law for 7 years and above''
Anyway, every chiro there is at a corner somebody people do not want to associate with. Even our brothers and sisters in the No camp, have very sharp brains too and I appreciate them because them and me this is the only country we have no any other. But not these little junky types who seem to be suffering from physcological disorder when debating. I am sorry to be this way which is not my intention. But it hurts me to see people either in YES, or NO team presurposes very abnoxious sentiments. I wish one could have had the opportunity to serve under the present constitution during Moi's tenure. Mweheshimiwa Mzee Kibaki has given us enough breathing space wewe.

such a contest is ungodly and will only work to divide the church. Lets us not get freinzied about KATIBA. We better now think about its implementation, the obstacle and challenges ahead.
Passing the KATIBA is just by a vote, but the implementation is a process. AM 4 YES but you want to be enlightened how the counties will function and the source of their funding. Could it be Levies, Permits.....etc etc on top of current taxes.
