It is important to understand what Moi stands to loose in the new constitution: Rift valley hitherto a solid voting block will be divided into autonomous counties with the proposed two level devolution, land given to him in trust for Kenyan people and that which he grabbed will revert back to community and government, recall and fresh vetting of judges will make him loose his 'judicial immunity', and Kibaki is likely to leave a better legacy.

Appointments such as PS, Ambssadorial, Heads of parastatals etc. will now be vetted y Parliament;
Counties will get official funding to deal with their individual priorities, not the President decidung where money is spent - we'll no longer see stuations where cattle paths are tarmacked while people are starving or lac medical services;
The list is endless.
I am just so excited and I invite all Kenyans to join me in embracing and endorsing this document. The answer at the ballot box is YES.
