Hi Kathukya and sorry for your condition. You are far too young for diabetes, but the fact is you are suffering from it. The way forward my sister is to live positively, eat the right foods, i.e. lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid too much sugar and salt, avoid too much fat, cook with little liquid oil, eat brown bread and rice, use natural yoghurt as much as possible. Dont eat too much carbs, eat plant proteins like peas, beans, etc
Avoid getting stressed up and take things easy, dont always imagine you are sick and live your life to the full.

I am 29 yrs old and just been diagnosed with diabetes. It was an eye openner for me since I had always assumed this was a disease for old people. It is amazing how we take some things for granted and the many people out there who lack this information.
