I wonder why our politicians continue to negotiate or make suggestions as to whether to retain or dismiss the PCs, DCs, DOs etc positions in the Kenya! Does it mean such politicians have not to come accept that we have a new constitution? Don't they know that the new constitution clearly stipulates the guidelines on the process and how the layout of the administration (devolved government) should be? Why should they still create debates on such issues? Are they trying (fruitlessly) to confuse Kenyans, for their benefit? Such tactics have no place in the new Kenya, NO WAY!
The time now is to implement the new law to the letter and Former President Daniel arap Moi, Hon Cecily Mbarire et al should know this!!! Kenyans will not be hoodwink any more -- no room. It's not time to renegotiate, the law is clear, period! Let the commission take it's turn and help Kenyans implement the new Katiba -- and let's move on to build the Kenya we all love and cherish!
