Robert that is a very positive observation, Indeed we wonder what the former ministers of education were doing? the level of rot in the ministry of education was alarming !! students were being robbed in broad day light from mushrooming mediocre colleges yet the ministers complaisant. leaving begging questions, were this managers beneficiaries of this scam? Rutto's record in the ministry of agriculture is a clear testimony of the person who he is, we need five such leaders to transform this country into a middle level economic power, not empty rhetoric, and chest thumbing. Bravo Rutto, we shall support such leaders come 2012 not just tribal chiefs!!!!!!!! SAM --- On Fri, 10/9/10, Robert Alai <alai.robert@gmail.com> wrote:
