Sometimes it is for experiment. Many women dont believe it when they claim that they still love their loved one/wives even when they are caught in love with another woman. I know many men who love their wives to the core but are busy hammering other women. This may be explained by the fact that women normally have sex with somebody they are emotionally attached to. Men can have sex with somebody they hate extremely and continue as if nothing happened. What women call being attracted to means emotional and other attractions. Men may be attracted to women they really want to sleep with but they know that they would not even want to spend a week with. Women may sleep with somebody they know they will not live with but they still do it knowing that they would not not mind living with.
But of course many time also women like men will have sexual relation with man because of nyota (thirst) and may be contented with one man. But a man will quench his thirst this minute and will be bothered if the quencher wants more but at that time if a different quencher arrives, he will go for another quenching as if he was not quenched by the initial quencher.

The lady is obviously right. The response about the lady being "ugly" looking is a defensive mechanism. Moving to another residence wont help because the man will not be tied to the other house and can always move out. He can also move from this lady to another. So the focus must be on the man and on reasons why he is doing it. Is he willing to change if that was a short lived affair? is the divorce always the answer? I dont think so. The lady must confront the man and not the woman unless she is the one coming on her space. She needs evidence of the affair because the landlords daughter may be irritating her so that she can leave and that will create room for her to move in.
Get people he respect and trust talk to him, may be his brother or sister or pastor. Only confront with evidence. No, looking for revenge will be counter productive (tit for tat) and leaving may be premature unless she has exhausted all the forgiveness. If all options have failed and time has not healed, then she can quit and move on.
