I agree with you. Safaricom are conning us. The first time I tried the Safaricom Internet unlimited offer, I was surporised that after few minutes (about 30 min) my airtime of Kshs 1,000 was exhausted. That is when I realized that it is not Unlimited. Safaricom send you an SMS informing you that the offer has expired while you are still on the internet. Quite interesting that while on the Internet you cannot knowm which SMS has come unless you switch off and check.
 
SAFARICOM Iis the wrong option. We don't need offers. What we need is permanent and reasonable rates. Surely, sometimes I cannot tell which tariff I'm in because every tarrif has pros and cons according to Safaricom- Super Ongea, Safari, etc etc etc
