Back in my village, it is widely believed that lack of sex or abstinence is the main cause of back pain in men; it is said that the pain is caused by accumulation of sperms, 'mach' on the back. Perhaps, the only biological explanation to this traditional belief is that sex is a vigorous exercise for the back in addition to the massage, emotional and psychological support that a company it. Sex is a home-made, conservative back treatment remedies that should be tried in mild to moderate cases.
