Rose,
I think Yohana is looking at it from the physical exercise point of view, in that when the body stays idle without being exercised then the muscles can become weak, in some instances so weak that they may not adequately support the skeleton structure. When this happens any little movement will result in muscle spasm which can lead to general pain, particularly around the Lumbar vertebral (kiuno) area and within the glutial (matako) muscles.
To treat this it is preferable that a person engages in some form of vigorous movement to stimulate the muscles in these areas to have proper blood flow. Now, the one exercise that is known to generate a lot of excitement in men and women ans well is to engage in "SPORTS SEX". This is the sex that goes on for a long time, you know one where a round can last at between 30 to 45 minutes. This kind of sex will result in well worked out Kiuno muscles and the matako ones. Subsequently it leads to the relaxation of the brain and the entire muscles in the Body; the pain shall be surely gone.
I must warn though, that, a person may not get the true benefit by engaging in a 'quickie style,' you know, the 3-5 minute intercourse, which results into 20-45 strokes. This will give incomplete cycle which may result in more tension.
So Jakamburi, if you are a regular reader of this forum, then you must have heard of the magical plant called "OGOMBO". Look for it, chew a bit of it then get a lady who can engage in the "Sports type'. Do not go for the Quickie. Your back pain will be a thing of the past there after.
Good luck
Jagem

Emanuel i have no problem if sex is able to cure backache, but are you able to give this forum any scientific evidence to prove your point? If yes please post to the forum your references --- On Thu, 9/9/10, Emmanuel Yohana <eyohana@yahoo.com> wrote:
