Something is definately wrong with KNHRC(Kenyan National human rights commision)

Kenyans,

This thing we call Kenyan national human rights commision (KNHRC) is taking people for a ride. What are its goals if they themselves are abusing the human rights?. Look below the arguement they are putting forward for removing their chairperson:

`Although the law does not give the commissioners powers to remove the chairperson, Ms Jaoko's critics argue that since they elected her they could also kick her out.`Seven out of the eight commissioners of KNCHR have passed a vote of no confidence on  embattled chair Ms Florence Jaoko, stripped her of all her powers and appointed a committee of three to run the organisation.

What does the real Kenyan law say about that statement?. Kenyans elect Mps every 5 years and a president, some of these elected leaders do completely nothing to the voters except become rich, practice tribalism  and enjoy tax-payers money; so guys are the voters also allowed today to kick them out according to Kenyan laws?. When will the Kenyan voters be allowed to use the arguement placed forward by the KNHRC?.

Let not mistake me. A job powerly done should not be rewarded so if the commision is having straight forward reasons to kick their chairperson out of office let them bring the reason out. The commision is very sensitive and if they can not respect human rights of one of theirs how will they protect ours?. Jobs also should be held on accountability, qualification, goodleadership criteria but  not on Gender basis only. This applies even to Men, Kenya today has most of the learned and well informed women in African continent so let us not underestimate our ladies. They are as clever even sometimes cleverer than a lot of men. So this thing of give so and so the position just because he is  or she is of such and such a gender should just deminish. Men  and women   have just to battle to look for jobs and if elected should be responsible unlike the bulky MPs and ministers who consume the Kenyan national GP but delivers less. Development are at a stand still and they consume more than what the country produces, hence they keep on running outside the country to beg for more money and help. What type of leadership is that: voters should just kick them out: What is  KNHRC stand on this suggestion I have put forward?.
