What about an adult aged 27 yrs with 31 teeth? is it also normal? and if normal when will his teeth fill to capacity?
any idea?

i dont see anything funny with the teeth as i was the first member of the family of 8 with 32 teeth slightly after my mother had a full set of teeth the previous year. No problem even if i am the 7th lastborn. Those times even the teachers were shocked It was discovered during the hygiene  check ups when i was in primary school. So next we will get one with full set of teeth. The little i know about the temporally and permanent teeth is that the child has all sets of teeth sitting on one another and as the permanent teeth grow longer, they push the milk teeth away until they fall off. The plastic teeth as somebody said in the forum behave the same and are pushed off by milk teeth as they wait for their turn to be pushed off by permanent teeth. Its a matter of revenge.

Truly strange, I've never witnessed a newborn with 28 teeth, but like Rose says, it's true that some infants are born with between 1 to 4 teeth which will eventually be replaced by the temporary "Milk teeth" before the permenent teeth settle in for life.
 
These are end times, so be prepared to see, hear or do even stranger things you've never imagined before...

Well babies born with the teeth is not unusual. Personally i have seen a few and followed at least one who had 4 at birth until she was about 2 years. The four were all on the lower jaw and were pushed out by milk teeth when they emerged. This is my personal experience but the best answer would come from a dentist.

and is usually bathed through some congosions to cast the evil spirit away and the "Teeth " will dissappear.
