Subject: NEW KATIBA WATCH (IMPUNITY STILL LOOMS LARGE).
Our new hard fought for Katiba is already in place, However I would wish to register my disappointment with issues that have come up during, immediately after and still on-going:-
1)President El- Bashir was invited to spoil our party of the century
2)Un armed demonstrators were clobberd by anti riot police on the promulgation day,
3)Politicians are talking about retaining the provincial administration,
4)Mutula Kilonzo claims that no Kenyan will go to the Hague,
5)Senior politicians are giving direct nomination to their friends during party nominations for national elections, etc etc etc etc etc
Now friends at this rate do you think the new Katiba will have the impact it was meant to have on us kenyans or is it a matter new wine in old wine skin?
I think just like we did away with the old constitution, lets do way with these old and tired faces of impunity. Over to you Walahoi.
