I can not help but point out that I think we're comparing apples to oranges here.
I wonder if anyone is aware that Omingo had not paid his ODM dues for a year and neither was he attending ODM meetings. In other words, he was not an active member. To give him direct nomination would be a slap on the face to those active party members in South Mugirango. ODM would be prostituting itself.
Ndolo, on the other hand, has always been an active member.
It's important that we have all the facts before condemning any party for perceived unfairness.. Let's try to be dispassionate about this.
