Safaricom is gooffing

Hi all,
I dont know if it is only happening to me, I'm trying to call Safcom line from my safcom line and am told the "The zain mobile am ..........", is something wrong with safcom, is it that they have over blocked zain calls untill they are now blocking there own calls.
What ashame MJ. You better make your going very FAST
