You know better who did it, i was not even at the scene and perhaps you could shed some light on it. My rallying cry all along was that the govt action was wrong and the High court and the magistrate courts have also come up with the same decision. Perhaps you can send the same qtns to them.
Can you go back to my threads, looks like u read them and didnt understand anything, perhaps it could be a language problem!1

Abu;
Please please please ... who was shooting at the police when a
demonstration was organized by the muslim community to speak against
arrest of a certain Jamaican cleric that was deported by GoK? Tell me,
who was carrying an Al Shabaab flag and banner, and was singing their
anthem? What had the Kenyan flag and national anthem done to warrant
such mutilation? So the people that were killed in London, Madrid or
Dar did not have rights?
What has Kenya done to warrant protection of criminals in the name of
human rights? Didn't those people killed in Kampala have rights, too?
When is human rights the right of a criminal? I find it hard to
believe that someone can hack you to death and because of human
rights, they are set free to continue on the murderous spree. If
communications systems rightly intercepted these people transacting
criminal activities, let them face the music. We know nothing compared
to what NSIS, CID and the Kenya Police know, and I know they know
what's best for this country.
With the passage and promulgation of the new constitution that your
kin hurriedly convened, this is a precedent set. A Kenyan criminal
that commits a crime in Uganda or South Africa will be deported and be
tried where the crime was committed. With regional integration, it
sounds even better that we will not have to feed regional criminals
while we Kenyans starve. Matoke will make them grow even bigger, but I
doubt Museveni (M7) will give them another chance to see a free world.
Freedom doesn't mean abuse the freedom, we should protect it instead
of abusing it.
