Yours is even more straight than what we believe in at GIS.
Let me address on what you already know is that we have mind sets=Sometimes when people subscribe to a particular group they may not know before hand what will follow or expect much mails and when they begin flooding in they are not in a position to deal with it.
Here we don't hide anything and once a member expresses disnterest to leave we don't hold it but unsubscribe him/her immediately. We don't do things in the dark and we need someone to say openly here that he/she is no longer keen on using the services of GIS.
On this same fora we have people who have said they like what we do and it is in the same breath that we do things how we do it.
We are not going to hold anything back because someone wanted to be unsubscribed.It is everyone's right to express his/her feeling(s) about issues.But our problem is we have been used to criticism under the table or if i want to express my displeasure am called aside to be talked.
This is GIS people and when you feel you are not in need of mails from the fora anymore just give it straight and send the words

Some of us have grown into societies where decency is not appreciated and I saw someone on this fora using obscene language in asking to be unsubscribed.That does not make anyone a hero/heroin just because you shouted aloud with obscene words to be unsubscribed =it only shows the society you are in or is still growing up it. One is better when he understands people and people understand him

I have seen so many people complaining and wanting to be unsubscribed from this forum...[giving-it-straight-Always]
I would agree with a majority of them on that though with a different reason.Let the owner of the forum be advised that the name he used--i.e [giving-it-straight-Always] ...does not attract my worthy to admire.Like them,i would also wish to be unsubsribed.I am not seeing anything straight that am getting from this straight for nothing fora.
Am better of MlalaHoi and YP...
