What to consider in future is to use headings for whatever is covered in a particular reading instead of indicating Chapters==again at the introductory page indicate the readings not empty chapters.
e.g  Instead of Chapter 1 you could indicate    ==Similarities
chapter 2   ==Indicate  side attack
