you have said it. Let no tribal arithmetic be used again to favor corruption in order to win votes in the 2012 for whoever would be the candidate. The new constitution would be very weak towards meaninglessness if it cannot produce new and clean leaders for that matter. If it continues to say that "it is for the turn of that tribe or that to eat, then it is as bad or good if you will as it used to be.

Of what use is a constitution if those who have been indicted can simply call their tribe
to slow down prosecution? Fact that "other" people have not been indicted is no defense! We have blamed the judiciary for inaction for years, now they have spoken! Let the PM and Pres take the bull by the horns and let the eloquent minister go.
If its about your tribe, please get us another tribesman to carry the Kale tribe!
PM should also stop hiding behind Innocent until proven guilty crap. Our constitution is clear on this and the world is watching!

Who were involved in the Grand Regency and were Charges brought against the Minister?

What is this thing with people crying their tribes are being targeted? It is certainly not the whole tribe involved in fleecing Kenyans economically. Individuals should carry their own crosses and takes responsibility for their actions.
