Raila Must Not Attend IGAD meeting if Bashir is Attending!

Lee, For Bashir to attend the IGAD Gathering,its not about Raila loosing your vote come 2012. He is not under ICC watch over the Sudan fiasco,but its Bashir. And friends,Bashir is doing one good thing,availing himself for arrest.So let Raila attend the IGAD meeting as if Bashir is not attending and if HE attends,let the powers that be in security arrangement do the necessary (order arrest for handing to the Hague),the contrary will mean President Kibaki is not keen on Hague matters and is frankly telling or writing a statement to us and the whole world that we either  go to hell or keep quite as no one will be prosecuted on Post Elections Violence. Certainly,if Bashir attends,he will steal the IGAD talks party like he did during the promulgation of our constitution.
