Please note that One is not guilty until proved. What will be the elders opinion once he is proved guilty by the court! Still Raila could have influenced the ruling! In Vision 2030,all the three angles of life ( Social,Economic and politics) are structured to develop to better the standards of the citizens.How do this elders respond to the same.
