I have said here in many of my postings that Ruto should keep quiet and prepare his defense, so that when the day comes he will present his case. Now, if he convinces the judges that he did not do any wrong, then the judges will have no alternative but to quash the case. But if in the judges opinion they will be convinced that Ruto participated in this transaction fraudulently, then they will make judgment according to the law. In short I have been advocating for people to let the due process of the law be applied.

Nevertheless Rotu himself has chosen to "Payuka" so much. He has ended telling people how he was with others, yet it is him who is being arraigned in Court. Tallam I do not remember who asked for such information from Ruto. Don't he have a lawyer to advise him on such matters?

Secondly, he went on to payuka that he is being finished. Well I do not know whether anybody requested for this answer or reaction. He also went further to say that he will not be intimidated into resigning. In short he would not resign.

Tallam as you can see Ruto himself was divulging lots of information in wrong fora. By swearing that he was not going to resign, he behaved like an arrogant Village boy who did not understand that the Constitution demands so. This is what I found very rude in him. I mean, Tallam, Me and you are represented by Ruto and many others in the August House, and it is only on August 4th that he, Ruto and many other representatives of us, Swore to uphold that new Constitution and the Laws that go by it. Why then would Ruto be the first person to attempt to disrespect the same law he swore to defend, just less than two months is that not absurd.

Had he succeeded in abrogating the law in that manner, what do you think could have followed? How would small people like me and you, uphold that law, considering that our 'Representative,' who should have more understanding, highest moral authority and integrity, chose to disobey the law??????

These are prodding questions which needs to be answered and action be taken by none other than Ruto himself. Looking for a scapegoat(s), in Raila, whether there will be 100 Raila's or just 1 Raila, can never solve the issue. It boils down to moral Authority, integrity and respect of the Law. Ruto as a leader must show this first hand.

By now you must have realised that, Ruto has not minced words that in 2012 he will be going for the Presidency. Now, had he refused to leave office, what picture would he have painted in the minds of many Kenyans, who are expecting to vote for him then? How on Earth would Ruto expect any sane Kenyan to vote for him while they know damned too well that the man does not respect the rule of law?

Your questions are in order, but don't you think Chemurwok is not Ruto? again according to you, Ruto is already guilty!! which to me is not in order. You have pronounced him guilty as charged already and yet his case has not even started. So lets give the courts a chance to come up with a verdict to either jail Ruto or set him free. The court of public opinion to which all of us belong has never jailed anybody!! it only goes to push the concerned to make decisions which are purely personal (morals).

As a Raila supporter, naturaly you are biased against Ruto, a fact which I believe you know very well and so you will always find him guilt. For that matter, Chemurwok has nothing to tell us on behalf of Ruto not unless he is his spokesman!!

slip.....you are a true professional and a real man. Real men accept

Now, you say "Real men acceptwhen they make mistake and say, 'man I think I was wrong'." Brother Chemurwok, do you mean to tell us that Hon Ruto is not a real man? Because, he Ruto, has not accepted that he made a mistake and ate 'publik' money with others "not before the Court"? Or this your statement only applies selectively?

Now back to Rutto, my argument on the two cases that this guy is
facing is that: 1. He might have gone to the Constitutional court to
seek further interpretation of the verdict that came out from the
lower courts. Our judicial system has a provision that allows
aggrieved persons including you and me, to do so. Why should we just
conclude that he wanted to prolong the case? I was just trying to see
it from the other side of the coin.

2. On the reports from KHRC, Waki, newspapers, etc; I do not think
they are conclusive as they are. These reports were done under
different circumstances....KHRC report was done during and immediately
after the PEV. There were a lot of emotions and I believe that report
has a lot of rumours and hearsay. I have read part of it and I did
come across an allegation of oathing in Kipkelion by the Kalenjins
before the violence broke out, presided over by Rutto. That is a big
lie, Kalenjins do not take oaths. There are so many stories in those
reports similar to this allegation that do not add up. That is why
Ocampo is coming over here to do proper investigations for information
that can stand in a court of law. My view is that we do not point
fingures because of these reports; let us wait for Ocampo and the
courts to do their work. I rest my case.
