I am also upset with them. I bought a line from one of their agents in the estate. I used the line for one week and life was good. My problems started when I registered for the ZAP receipt Number 1228423, line number 0732693843 and deposited 300/= for a start. When i tried loging in so that I change my pin from the 1234 to @#%# the line got blocked and when I called the Customer Care centrer they told me the line belonged to somebody else. I asked them how come I have been using the li8ne for over seven days and they told me it was normal but I should go to their offices with a copy of my ID fior them to sort the issue out.I went there once but parking was a problem.
