IMF,World Bank plans to regulate Diaspora Remittance

Hi People,

This wont be good news the just recently held meeting in Washington where our Finance Minister Hon Uhuru attended
A committee on regulations and monitoring  came up with a proposal to regulate global cash flows and had suggested increased taxes on cash remittance .

But a small text on regulating capital flows let me thinking something is amiss,and I will be glad Hon Uhuru could  explain to Kenyans what did when this idea was proposed.
Jamaican Finance and Public Service minister Audley Shah was on his feet to loudly protest this as he felt is a way of stiffling emerging growth in developing countries.

So if Hon Uhuru went to joy ride in Washignton IMF meeting then we are not serious in here.
