Who wants to kick out Kenol-Kobil from Kenyan Market

Good morning People.

While we may be celebrating about new Katiba,
Allow me  to bring to attention of all about sad reality happening between Energy Regulatory Commission,KenolKobil and Kenya Oil Refineries Ltd.
The ERC director, Mr Mwirichia has said Kenol Kebil can do other businesses except importation of  petrol, diesel,  jet fuel for Kenyan market.
My question what will happen if Kenol Licence is revoked ?

A likely answer will be

Kenol will be  out of the fuel business,plunging Kenya into fuel crisis putting in mind Kenol is second largest just after Total.

My postulation could be an invisible hand could be working hard to propel a Libyan entity to entrench itself into local market after gifting them  Grand Regency

Only time will prove me wrong.

Does majority of us know that Kenol Saga has seen Nairobi Stock Market lose millions in this uncertainty?
