Re: Margaret Looses Starehe Seat

An interesting thought crossed my mind: If an MP loses his/her seat because his/her election was found by the courts to have been irregular, shouldn't he/she repay all the salaries and allowances that he/she received while in office "irregularly" or by "deception" / "rigging"? What do you think? Is this addressed in the draft constitution?
