Those who are either Red, green or watermelon, remember one thing, that the interpretation of nay law lies with the Judges. It does not matter what you have read or understood as all the time you will always go to court to seek interpretation of the laws. How i only wish we engaged the Bench was involed in the Civic education to help Kenyans understand better those so called Contentious issues. But what I promise is many will be shoked at the interpretations when they face the Hon. Judges.
