I think all kenyans are a bit drunk with this constitution thing. Kenya is a developing country, with a lot to offer to her offspring, I mean we kenyans, plants, land and animals all included. Can you believe that even in agricultural fields Kenya is a bout 50-60 years behind europe or USA in development and technology?. Being behind europe and USA or a lot of Asian countries have a very negative impact on our economy and output, but if we were intelligent enough we would have cultivated the underdevelopment and turn it into a big advantage. I mean anywhere where there is little technology a lot of people do manual work which at the moment are done by machines in europe this creates a lot of joblessness in europe and USA. So why didn`t we do that?. I mean why didn`t Kenyans create millions of jobs to eliminate poverty?. That is the only way to achieve each and every Kenyans goals. Constitution itself does not create jobs, infact the paper will create only a lot of political jobs, like senates, Mps, ministers, civil servant, administrative lots and a lot of them will be thieves who will not even pay taxes but live on tax-payers money. But does that mean having a new constitution is wrong; the answer is NO. So fellow Kenyans how are we going to make it after the referandum?. Kenyans are always forgetfull. Ministers steal, they sell grand regency and we make some writtings for 2 weeks after that business as usual. The Mps add salary, do not pay tax, buy new cars while the old ones are still new, we make some noises for 1 week after that business as usual.
I do suggest that each and every Kenyan should start thinking about how to develope our country whether you vote YES or NO to this constitution. It is a pity Moi missed the chance he had for 24 years to give as a good paper and now all what he is saying is just like dust in our eyes or noise to our ears. Kibaki also messed for almost I do not know know how many days without giving a new constitution(remember the man said 100 days time there will be a constitution in 2001-2002, I hear now he wants live a legacy what a joke of reasoning?, how many years have he missed to leave a legacy, or how many have died illegal deaths?). Then the COE, PSC distorted the paper, Mps got drunk in mombassa again in Naivasha and completely forget their mission there about the constitution. The paper was taken to parliament still the same Mps went there drunk they never made anything good and now the paper is left to majority who are illitrate to vote for or against. What a wonderful world this country Kenya is?. Vote wisely; I have always believed in my life that a job which can be done today should not be left for tomorrow, but we africans like to postpone things till another day. No wonder why europe is above us and colonised us and is now still giving constant unlimited help even to the dying africans despite all the wealth our continent generates. I hope the good side will win on the 4th. August 2010 voting then after that we Kenyans can embark on our mission to generate economy.

Everyday, I will however post the chapters and I challenge you to stop saying NO from the sidelines and challenge me on all the Chapters everyday and point out these things you say NO to and I will respond.

Listen please. Firstly the three generals you have mentioned Evans Machera, Dr. Matunda Nyanchama and Lister Nyaringo are all holed up in the USA and we dont even know if they have voters cards! With an exception of DR Matunda who went only to his home area to dish out some goodies in support of the Katiba, the rest have never stepped in Kisii in the last 12 months! And Dr Matunda is from a region of Adventist who are likely to follow their clergymen. It doesnt worry me since the Adventist are mere 1% of Kisiis.
Secodnly, those who are whispering to you should speak louder and clear. They should not be like Kalonzo who whispered until he was forced to shout. Nyaringo is the safe haven in the USA and maybe he called his kin and kiths who told YES bila kujua jirani anasema nini. A phone call is not enough. Kenyans in the diaspora do not have base-touch and therefore their assumption is not accurate. (Please read my other email on KCA's failure - ineptitude leadership that has lacked focus and vision). Even you Sungu, you have visited Rarieda only once, and you want to say they are all saying YES Sungu - see probably they needed the dollar and once you step out its NO......
The three generals are like you - who has decided to stay in Juba unitl Aug4, I am not even sure if you will be around to vote! I have just discovered that the most noise makers here neither have a voters or even registered as one! Those generals who have decided to go quiet on blogs are tired of fighting opponents that you can destroy by sending a fly. The truth is that the YES team is in panic, and total panic! On Aug 4th, a million will fall by the wayside, a million will fall on the right and a million on the left.

| Mr. Sungu: You got it all wrong my friend as far as I am concerned; if you call these shenanigans by President Kibaki and PM Odinga fair play i.e. the blatant disregard of the rule of law via the abuse of police powers, abuse of the civil service code of conduct and all applicable laws, use of fear and intimidation by the very top principles responsible for upholding the law; I mean the list is long, then all is lost Mr. Sungu. It is desperation of the highest order and I am not afraid to stand at the edge of the cliff and refuse to join the multitude, you can slice it any way you want but this stinks to mighty heavens and regrettable, I will be proven right soon enough. This thing is more about egos than what is right for Kenya, simple, period end of story. The "No" and "Yes" folks have giant egos to nurse for ages, I am one to tell you ego is not an issue here guys, I am not running for office, Ruto is, Odinga is, Musyoka is and Kibaki has a legacy to leave behing, a very bad mix for sobriety. Now as for Kisiis, I am very proud to be counted as one of the fiercely independent groups of people in Kenya, it is in our genes and I have no apologies for it. Unlike our neighbors to the lake who are tightly beholden to one family, Kisiis are not and our voting patterns reflect this fact; just look at South Mugirango, PNU lost, ODM lost; the draft will lose in Kisii as well not so much because I said it but generally because it doesn't fulfill what it should and as for what it portends to offer, it is all a vacuum designed for political calculations, that is all. I maintain, this thing is wrong, the process is rotten and gets worse by the day, laws are flagrantly flouted by the president; so I don't see how anyone on the "YES" side can legitimately claim victory but for the crooked and nefarious way they have gone about this thing. It is wrong and my conscience dictates I stand by the truth, for me this is not a popularity contest; it is what is right for me and my country, by most counts, this AIN'T IT!
