Dear all,
With immense respect, let the octogenarian former president Moi be a Kenyan like a child who has just been born.
Unlike a child who has just been born, let Moi spill all the beans he has that must affect every body else, and so any bean that is spilled about him should not raise shivers that will appear to touch on the former president.
We are doing a law for Kenya and not one individual.
In addition to spilling beans, let the former president tell us as a response of all accusations leveled against him.
Certainly, his beans must be able to get to Kenyans what is Kenyan.
It will be very bad for the former president to hoard information that is useful to us now and in future - in fact Mzee Moi is quite resourceful. We need what he knows.
Thanks,as we look towards the new law.
Evans MACHERA.

Tell them Hospitality, tell them. i can assure Orengo was just puppetting for the sake of being seen to defend YES. For heavens sake Moi was in power for 24 years and was an MP since the LEGCO(Legistlative Council) in 1957 where he represented the Rift Valley province when it was 8 regions then . he knows exactly who owns what and Kenyatta was fully aware and the likes of Njonjo(former AG ) why they handed power to him in 1978. Where was the noisy Orengo then??????????????/ guys guys let us not underate Moi, he might cause a shock to the complainants by revealing the entire truth. Who owns the former ADC land in Nakuru-Kuresoi disctrict? who sold the Njoro farms( near Molo) to Central Kenya occupants, who owns more than half of Nakuru district, who owns the Maasai Mau. Kenyans watch carefully lest more are yet to come. we cannot castigate the Moi community just because someone think being a minister now in the Grand coalition government is all what ones needs., We need peace in Kenya and we need each other after the referendum lest we forget where we have come from. Good day brothers and sisters. Kubesto

On the land question, we ALL know how, soon after independence, the Central Kenya mafia grabbed huge chunks of land - right from Rift Valley to Coast Province. We may wish to forgive the Kenyatta era grabbers but the grabbing of the 80's was spread right across the the nation - from the Lakenjins to the Kisiis, to the Chibanas to the Maasai, Turkana .... Why we keep singing about the Moi grabbing is because Moi was unfortunate enough to be in power when most Kenyans were well-educated, enlightened and could therefore question governance lapses. Tell me, all that land in Taita and the Coastal strip, lying idle, is owned by who? The Kenyattas, Mahihus, Mathenges, Koinanges.... In RV there are hundreds upon hundreds of acres, stretching from Nakuru to Naivasha and beyond... owned by Central Kenya grabbers. YES! Let Mzee Moi spill the beans. He has been demonised enough and a time comes when a man must say it as it is , at least to clear his name. Mathias.
Kenyans, We kenyans have proved that we are amazing and sometimes just stupid and sleepy. When I read what our former president ( Daniel Arap Moi) wrote about land grabbing and how he threatens to spill beans on land issue makes me wonder how a whole president can vomit such words: read below; `He hit out at those talking about land grabbing in Rift Valley, adding the original inhabitants of the province could not be accused of grabbing their ancestral land.` Jomo Kenyatta was from central province so all the land the man grabbed from central province was not even a bit of a crime. Moi is telling us that all rift valley gangs or politicians who grabbed land in the rift valley are innocent, so are politicians in any part of Kenya. So long as you grab from your province you are innocent, because that is your ancestral land. Fellow Kenyans: Why are we prosecuting Kenyans who rob kenyan central bank? or who grab money from the bank. Is that not the bank made by their ancestors or what?. Is there any thing called crime in kenya nowadays?. http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/InsidePage.php?id=2000014220&catid=4&a=1Paul Nyandoto -- -- MANY JOB VACANCIES: http://bit.ly/bROydQ TECHMTAA BLOG: http://bit.ly/cmRFZR To unsubscribe from this group, Email mlalahoi+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com TO ADVERTISE HERE PLEASE M-PESA KSH 1,000 for each advert or Ksh 5,000 for monthly subscription to +254 726 034 530
