ourselves and want to pass the blame (the West, the devil, the weather
etc)for everything.
When will we start being accountable. If there is no rainfall why cant
we irrigate instead of blaming the weather. If it floods why dont we
build dykes like the Dutch and quit whining. If HIV is a behavioural
infection why dont we change our behaviour and adopt the ABC of
prevention. How does the West come in? How is this a race issue? If
the scientists in the West discover a vaccine let us be happy for the
advancement of science instead of putting forward weak conspiracy
theories that depend on ignorance to be propagated and cannot be
substantiated.
