The first finger should be pointed at the Ministry of Higher education! In this case,it must be Ruto's predecesor Prof. Kosgey i believe. Why do we waste time getting Educated with degrees,studying abroad bla blah... ostensibly to open our eyes to modern world ways, then we come back home and behave precisely like a village chief of the old centruries who had never travelled past his village behave! Cant even compare, they were better than us; cause they even encouraged inter-tribal marriages to promote peace among the different tribes (except in the case of Luanda Magere story , where the Kalengin snookered the Luo!) Quicks Quicks, Like you, I have read it in the post, so I have nothing to clarify, never been to this college, but if the information is true as it seems, then it should be condemned by all who knows what tribalism has done to our country. I just want to know who is responsible such tribal appointments? is it the board or the line ministry? that is why Kenya will never develope!!
