The rules must be:
1.Patriotism and nationalism
2.Educated or learned and experienced(get the difference between being learned and educated right)
3.Passion to excel and deliver
4.Tested.,tried and Proven
5.Professional,efficient and reliable
6.Higher moral IQ
7.Rational,team player,consultative,bridge builder,multidisciplinary in approach to issues
8.A world citizen in approach to issues

Dont worry about the names:our human resource base and capacity is more than enough to get the 24 high-end managers of our public affairs:This team should have the face of Kenya:Imagine an Ogiek heading the land Ministry?Yes!They are there,if not,we can build their capacity and integrate them.

Who are Vishal and Gullee? I've never heard of them.

One thing I like with this forum is that today somebody posts very irritating article, tomorrow very funny one , the next day very cogitative. The list of the cabinet is very cogitative and it has made me laugh even forgetting the previous bad articles.
